The stability and growth of the Church has always depended on having a dedicated and trained ministry.
If the axe is dull and he does not sharpen its edge, then he must exert more strength. Wisdom has the advantage of giving success. —Ecclesiastes 10:10
Wisdom gives us the advantage of a sharper edge in ministry. Without it, we hack at stumps with a dull axe. A dull blade requires more strength, more time, and more money.
That is not effective, efficient, or good stewardship.
Sharp tools make all the difference.
The two primary excuses for not getting good training for ministry? 1.“It costs too much.” 2.“I have no time.”

Training nationals for full-time ministry is a very effective and much needed ministry on the mission field today.

The apostle Paul wrote, “For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building. According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 3:9-11).
